What is one lesson that you had to learn the hard way?
Never take anyone’s word for it. This is my number one piece of advice. You must understand the issue for yourself, come to your own conclusion and have the confidence to stand up for your position. This is a lesson I am tested with every day.
What do you enjoy doing when you are not working?
Spending time with my son. After becoming a first-time mom this year, my world changed–both personally and professionally. Becoming a parent has been so fulfilling on a personal level but it has also pushed me professionally to hone my time management and efficiency skills.
