Executive associate broker Scott Benson of Greiner Maltz played the lead role in the negotiations with 20th Century Fox which led the studio to choose Westchester County over the many other possible sites it was contemplating.

This is the second production that the 63-year-old brokerage firm has brought to Westchester in the last six months, having recently assisted FX Networks’ show, The Americans, film several episodes in the county and is currently in negotiations with several other production companies with regard to possible productions in the greater New York area.

“This has been an exciting opportunity for Greiner Maltz,” said Ayall Schanzer, president and CEO at Greiner-Maltz Realty Advisors. “We are proud of the fact that the studios have been turning to our venerable firm for guidance and assistance in identifying locations for filming.”

In addition to Streep and Hanks, the film boasts an outstanding supporting cast that includes Alison Brie, Carrie Coon, David Cross, Bruce Greenwood, Tracy Letts, Bob Odenkirk, Sarah Paulson, Jesse Plemons, Matthew Rhys, Michael Stuhlbarg, Bradley Whitford, and Zach Woods.
