Picone Construction completes $2 million renovation project for Emerling Ford

Springville, NY Picone Construction Corp. has completed renovations and an addition to Emerling Ford located at 150 South Cascade Dr. The $2 million facelift and expansion added more than 4,000 s/f to the building’s footprint.

This expansion includes a new vehicle receiving/pickup area in the showroom; larger service department with new customer waiting area; expanded retail parts department; and a new client lounge area with fireplace.

The scope of work included select demolition; concrete flatwork; masonry; millwork; insulation; metal composite panels and metal siding (ribbed metal siding panel); roofing; firestopping; caulking; doors and hardware; aluminum storefront/curtain wall systems and glazing; carpentry and acoustics; ceramic tile; carpet and vinyl composition tile; painting; plumbing; HVAC; electrical; toilet accessories; fire extinguishers; cabinets; window treatments; and mirrors.
