Gardiner & Theobald appoints Birenbaum as partner to support continued growth

Manhattan, NY Gardiner & Theobald (G&T), an independent global consultancy specializing in project management, cost management, and construction consulting, has appointed Jeff Birenbaum as partner. Birenbaum will play a key leadership role in expanding the firm’s infrastructure, program management, and public sector services throughout North America.

Bringing more than three decades of experience across the real estate, infrastructure, and built environment sectors, Birenbaum has led multidisciplinary teams responsible for the planning, procurement, design, and construction of billions of dollars in capital investments. His experience spans transportation, aviation, utilities, water and wastewater, civic infrastructure, education, and other critical infrastructure sectors, where he has helped public agencies, municipalities, commercial institutions, government organizations, and private-sector clients deliver increasingly complex capital programs.

His appointment reflects Gardiner & Theobald’s continued investment in North America and its broader strategy of expanding the firm’s capabilities through experienced leadership, technical excellence, and client-focused delivery.
