Leesburg, FL Roger Delisle and Robert Monahan of Island Associates negotiated a lease extension for 2,160 s/f restaurant operated by Beef O’Brady Bar and Grill at Lake Harris Square located at 27405 U.S. Hwy. 27. The 9.8 acre site is a grocery anchored shopping center improved with a 61,220 s/f building which is 100% occupied. The former Winn Dixie was converted to an Aldi Supermarket which is now open and operating. The owners performed façade renovations this last year to better position the property for future growth. The plaza is anchored by Aldi Supermarket, and its tenancies include Brooklyn’s Pizzeria & Italian Restaurant, Subway, as well as various local businesses.
