Vanguard-Fine completes four sales totaling $6.675 million and brokers three leases comprising 19,040 s/f

Colonie, NY According to Vanguard-Fine, LLC, the firm has completed the following transactions:

Paul Bulmer of Vanguard-Fine and Bruce Ginsburg of IKON Realty Group, LLC brokered the sale of 2020 Central Ave. between purchaser GWJC, LLC and seller Double L, LLC. The sale price was $525,000.

Kenneth Brownell and Barry Feinman of Vanguard-Fine and Brian Donovan of Donovan Real Estate, brokered the $4.15 million sale of a 25,000 s/f building located at 100 Commercial Ave. in Ithaca between Maines Food and Paper, Inc. and Agracel, Inc.

• Brownell, Feinman and Bulmer with Thomas Savino of CBRE, Albany brokered the sale of 242 Washington St. in Saratoga Springs between purchaser National Retail Properties and seller KNC Touch Free Car Wash. The sale price was $1.5 million.

• Brownell and Feinman brokered a ten-year lease between Harbor Freight Tools and Gator Transit Partners, Ltd. The 15,040 s/f store is located at Transit Road Plaza in Lockport.

• Brownell and Feinman with Steve Scaramuzzino of Scara Group brokered a ten-year lease between RVST Holdings, LLC dba 5 guys and Kronke Group. The 2,500 s/f restaurant is located at Riverside Center in Utica.

David Welcome of Vanguard-Fine brokered a lease between H&R Healthcare, LP and Vatrano Realty, Inc. The 1,500 s/f office is located at 4F Vatrano Rd. in Albany.

Steven Lerner of Vanguard-Fine brokered the sale of 1385 Washington Ave. in Albany (previously Red Carpet Inn Hotel) between purchaser  Jon Grant, GSX Solutions, LLC and seller National Hospitality, LLC. The sale price was $500,000.
