SCRE expands Brooklyn family retail sector through dual closings
Brooklyn, NY Saugatuck Commercial Real Estate (SCRE) has finalized two retail leasing transactions targeting family-oriented services. Both long-term leases were brokered by Erika Tulsi, Licensed Real Estate Associate at SCRE.

Securing our 10th location for Sharkey’s Cuts for Children is a testament to our ongoing advisory relationship with emerging and expanding concepts, while bringing Bear Brooklyn, a new neighborhood women’s clothing boutique (in the former Powerhouse Books space) to fruition underscores our commitment to fostering independent local businesses.”
Bear Brooklyn leased 700 s/f at 1111 8th Ave. in Park Slope. Sharkey’s Cuts for Children leased 1,200 s/f at 9008 5th Ave. in Bay Ridge.
