Nawn of KS Engineers elected VP of PSPE

John Nawn, PE, PTOE, FNSPE of KS Engineers, P.C. has been elected as a VP for the Pennsylvania Society of Professional Engineers, Southeast Region for the 2010 - 2011 term. He has been a member of PSPE for the last 20 years and is a Fellow in the National Society of Professional Engineers. Over the last four years, he has served as state treasurer and a member of the executive committee. His service to PSPE has also included four years as editor of the Delaware County Chapter Newsletter, three years as the chapter president, and four years as a chapter director. Under his leadership, the Delaware County Chapter won the Outstanding Chapter Award in 2006. His service to NSPE has included three terms on the Critical Infrastructure and Homeland Security Task Force and two years with the Legislative and Government Affairs Committee where he is presently heading up the Infrastructure Sub Committee. He is KSE's VP and manager of Pennsylvania operations. With a staff of nearly 200 professionals,KSE provides comprehensive engineering design, construction management and inspection services for projects that are key to the region's transportation infrastructure, the educational community and to public and private agencies.
