Empire Commercial Construction delivers 3,500 s/f space for JF Jones Jewelers

Webster, NY Empire Commercial Construction completed the construction contract for JF Jones Jewelers. Empire worked with plaza owner, Ashworth Property Group, on the renovations to an existing 3,500 s/f space located at 1170 Ridge Rd., in the Jackson Crossing plaza, next door to Heart to Heart Bride and Eagle’s Nest Golf Lounge. JF Jones is now open, with an official ribbon cutting ceremony and grand opening tea party scheduled for Friday, June 19th from 11am – 5pm.

“Empire is proud to help deliver this beautiful new location for one of the longest-running, family-owned independent jewelers in the Rochester area,” said Empire president, Josh Myers. “It allows Brittany and her talented team to continue providing expert service and memories for future generations.”

“Every piece of jewelry tells a story,” said Brittany Jones, owner of JF Jones Jewelers. “For nearly a century, my family has helped customers celebrate life’s milestones and restore family heirlooms. We’re grateful for the support of the community and excited to welcome both longtime customers and new faces to our Webster location.”

Most recently located at 1588 W Ridge Rd. in the Town of Greece, the renovation/build out to the existing space provided this beautiful shop a new spacious layout to showcase their variety of jewelry and associated services. In addition to the showroom located in the front, there is a separate “bridal suite” offering a private and relaxing area in back, with a coffee bar. More features include a design desk, jewelers’ shop, office, and employee space.

Empire recently completed the buildout for Eagle’s Nest Golf Lounge in the adjacent plaza space and continues to build upon its portfolio of retail construction throughout the Rochester and Upstate New York markets. Other past and current projects include Swarovski, Five Below, JD Sports, Olum’s Furniture, City Mattress, Stickley Audi & Company, Staples, Barnes & Noble, and more.
