According to
Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services, Jeffrey Oram has been confirmed by the N.J. senate to serve a five-year term on the N.J. State Investment Council. Oram was nominated for the position by N.J. governor Chris Christie, according to Alan Pontius, managing director of commercial leased investments for
Marcus & Millichap. The 13-member Investment Council oversees investment of the state's more than $70 billion co-mingled pension fund.
