Adams & Co. Real Estate brokers seven leases totaling 11,700 s/f

Adams & Co. Real Estate, LLC has brokered seven leases totaling 11,700 s/f. They include: * A five-year, 4,270 s/f retail renewal at 48 West 37th St. for Scissors Design, Ltd. David Levy and Joseph Friedman of Adams represented the broker and landlord. * A seven-year, 2,700 s/f lease at 209 West 38th St. for Fashion Business Corp. Brett Maslin of Adams represented the tenant while Mathew Mandell of Newmark Knight-Frank represented the landlord. * A five-year, 2,063 s/f lease at 110 West 40th St. for Advanced Fashion Technology, Ltd. Levy and Michael Greenberg of Adams represented the broker and landlord. * A six-year, 993 s/f lease at 34 West 33rd St. for Curly Girls, Inc. Levy and Maslin represented the broker and landlord. * A five-year, 835 s/f lease at 34 West 33rd St. for Ali's Market, LLC. Levy and Maslin represented the broker and landlord. * A five-year, 839 s/f lease at 34 West 33rd St. for Thread Showroom, Inc. Levy and Maslin represented the landlord while LPC Commercial Services, Inc. represented the tenant. "Children's wear and women's apparel are particularly active right now in the market and helping them find space among like-minded organizations is really helping to drive business in the Garment District," said David Levy, principal of Adams & Co.
