The New York Metro CCIM Chapter held their first Portfolio Review Class. Barbara Monahan, CCIM, of Naples, Fla. came to address the New York Metro area CCIM candidates. She has been the president of both the Connecticut CCIM Chapter and the Florida Chapter of CCIM.
