Adams & Co. arranges two fashion company leases totaling 14,356 s/f; includes 6,138 s/f at 231 W. 39th St. by the Busliks of Adams

Adams & Co. Real Estate, LLC has brokered two leases totaling 14,356 s/f for two fashion companies: an 11-year, 6,138 s/f lease at 231 W. 39th St. for Autumn Cashmere of New York, Inc., and a 10-year, 8,218 s/f lease at 42 W. 39th St. for North Bay, LLC. Autumn Cashmere expanded their offices at 231 W. 39th St., located in the Garment District. James Buslik and Jeffrey Buslik of Adams & Co. represented both the tenant and the landlord. "This is Autumn Cashmere's fourth expansion and they needed a space that could accommodate the company's continued growth and success," said James Buslik, principal of Adams &Co. North Bay, LLC's new office is located at 42 W. 39th St. David Levy and Jeffrey Schwartz of Adams & Co. represented the landlord while Savitt Partners, LLC represented the tenant. "North Bay is excited about their move to Midtown," said David Levy, principal of Adams & Co. "The new office is conveniently located in the heart of the Fashion District, which is the ideal area for the company to continue its successful growth."
