N.Y. Metro CCIM chapter to hold CCIMREDEX class on October 12

The New York Metro CCIM chapter will present a CCIMREDEX Training Class on Tuesday, October 12. The class will be held at New Horizons, located at 43 West 42nd St., from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Todd Kuhlmann, CCIM will be the instructor. CCIMREDEX is a Real Estate Data Exchange. After entering your property information in CCIMREDEX, you can run professional financial analysis reports, create a listing flyer, and assemble entire marketing presentations. You also can create your very own Flash website with a few mouse clicks! In addition, you can submit your property listing information to numerous listing services around the country and around the world without re-entering the property data.
