Kahn of Kaufman Org. reps tenant in 4,000 s/f lease

The Kaufman Organization has brokered a three-year, 4,000 s/f lease at 286 Fifth Ave. for the Art of Living Foundation, a not-for-profit, educational and humanitarian organization. Although the terms of the lease were undisclosed, the asking rent for the space was $25 per s/f. Daniel Kahn of the Kaufman Organization represented the tenant, while Omid Pouratian of AB & Sons represented the landlord. "The Art of Living Foundation was looking for a larger space to provide members with additional session rooms. The Fifth Ave. building was in a perfect location for their members," said Kahn. 286 Fifth Ave. is located in Midtown and is home to a variety of retail and office tenants including Adventure Publishing, Green Team Advertising and the Toy Insider.
