New York, NY Adams & Co. Real Estate, LLC recently brokered five new leases at 10 W. 33rd St. for a total of 9,186 s/f:

* A five-year, 2,420 s/f lease for Spyler and Co. Inc. David Levy of Adams & Co. represented the landlord and the tenant.

* A seven-year, 2,373 s/f lease for The Alwin Co. Levy represented the landlord and the tenant.

* A five-year, 2,001 s/f lease for Accessory Depot Inc. Levy and Brett Maslin of Adams & Co. represented the landlord and tenant.

* A five-year, 1,885 s/f lease for Sundance International, LLC. Levy and Michael Greenberg of Adams & Co. represented the landlord and tenant.

* A three-year, 507 s/f lease for The Beauty Group, LLC. Levy represented the landlord and tenant.

"10 W. 33rd St. continues to be a destination building for premier fashion accessories companies," said Levy. "We are happy to see that in the current market the building is still attracting new tenants with its specialty niche."

Built in 1914, this 12-story, 319,200 s/f building boasts 24/7 access. Notable tenants include A Classic Time Watch Co., Barganza, Global Design Concepts and Rosetti Handbags, with retail tenants Legends Bar & Grill, Spa Sol, Jim Hanley's Universe, and United States Post Office.
