Heilpern and Poch of CBRE-Long Island rep seller in $2.37 million sale

Islandia, NY In a transaction arranged by the Long Island office of CB Richard Ellis (CBRE), RS Abrams & Co. LLC, has acquired a 15,198 s/f office property located at 3033 Express Dr. North. The purchase price for the building was $2.37 million. The CBRE team of Philip Heilpern and Michael Poch negotiated the deal on behalf of the seller, AJJF Properties, LLC.

"With a half vacant building and the current economic state, it was necessary to find the appropriate user to achieve pricing that would satisfy the seller," said Poch.

RS Abrams & Co. LLC, plans to relocate its Suffolk County operations, currently located at 2805 Veterans Memorial Hwy. in Ronkonkoma, to its new space.
