Mack-Cali completes four leases in Westchester County, totaling 52,332 s/f
Mack-Cali Realty Corp. arranged four leases totaling 52,332 s/f at its Westchester County, properties:
* SmartPros Ltd. renewed its 17,850 s/f lease for nine years at 12 Skyline Dr. A 46,850 s/f office/flex building located in Mid-Westchester Executive Park, the property is 100% leased. Mack-Cali was represented in-house by Ivan Abry, senior director of leasing.
* Proftech Corp. signed a six-year renewal agreement for its 12,000 s/f space at 200 Clearbrook Rd., Elmsford. Located in Cross Westchester Executive Park, it is a 94,000 s/f office/flex property that is 98.8% leased. Rick Rakow of Rakow Commercial Realty Group, represented the tenant, and Abry represented Mack-Cali.
* Hawthorne Foundation, Inc. signed a new 11,622 s/f lease for 10 years at 525 Executive Blvd. in Cross Westchester Executive Park, Elmsford. The 61,700 s/f office/flex building is 100% leased. Mack-Cali was represented in-house by Carol McGuire, senior director of leasing.
* Hudson Valley Automotive Parts, Inc. renewed its lease for 10,860 s/f for four years at 200 Saw Mill River Rd. in Hawthorne. The 51,100 s/f office/flex building is 92% leased. Mack-Cali was represented by Abry.
