Ideal Properties Group LLC has completed four leases totaling 10,052 s/f. The broker represented both landlords and tenants in all of the following leases:
* A 700 s/f storefront at 453 7th Avenue in Park Slope leased by m.a.e. m.a.e. signed a 10-year lease.
* A 1,300 s/f storefront at 216 Flatbush Ave. in Park Slope leased by restaurateur, EAEH Inc. The restaurateur inked a five-year lease, with an option for five additional years.
* A professional conglomerate including a law office, credit protection firm and title company High Rise Abstract signed a five-year lease for 5,000 s/f at 546 3rd Ave. in Gowanus.
* The Flying Monkey, Washington Ave.'s newest bar, signed a five-year lease for its Prospect Heights location. Slated to open in the mid-summer, they rented a total of 1,552 s/f at 706 Washington Ave. The bar joins its sister venue in Bushwick - Kings County Bar.
* Good Groceries Inc. signed a year-long lease for a 1,500 s/f marketing space at 98 4th St. in Carroll Gardens.
