The Kislak Co. appoints Baffuto sales associate

The Kislak Co., Inc., a dominant multifamily and retail investment sales firm in the tri-state region, has appointed Phil Baffuto as sales associate. In this new role, Baffuto will be responsible for managing the sales of retail investment properties throughout the tri-state area. "Phil is an outstanding addition to our retail division at The Kislak Company," said Joseph DeFeo, vice president of The Kislak Co.'s retail division. Prior to joining Kislak, Baffuto held the position of director of investment sales at Massey Knakal Realty Services in Brooklyn. While employed there he exclusively represented buyers and sellers in the sale of multifamily and commercial properties throughout the N.Y.C. region. Baffuto holds a bachelor of arts degree in Communications from Fordham University. He is a licensed real estate broker in the states of New York and New Jersey. The Kislak Co., which is headquartered in Woodbridge, N.J., is recognized as the dominant investment sales company serving the multi-family and retail markets.
