NAI Long Island secures 7,562 s/f medical office lease for NYU Grossman School of Medicine

New Hyde Park, NY NAI Long Island executed a long-term lease agreement with NYU Grossman School of Medicine at 3111 New Hyde Park Rd., North Hills.

The transaction places the institution into a 7,562 s/f medical office, occupying one-third of the 26,690 s/f, two-story building.

The landlord was exclusively represented in the transaction by NAI Long Island CEO and president Lee Rosner alongside Resolution Real Estate, an NYC NAI Global affiliate, director John Thompson. The tenant was brought to the property by Michael Adler, director at Resolution Real Estate.

Situated on the east side of New Hyde Park Rd. between Hollow Ln. and Dakota Dr., this office asset provides proximity to major healthcare networks — including Northwell Health, CHS St. Francis, and NYU Langone-Long Island — as well as direct access to both the Long Island Expwy. and Northern State Pkwy.
