What recent project, transaction or accomplishment are you most proud of? Last month, I closed my most challenging loan. My client was under contract to purchase a $25 million penthouse in the UES and was being penalized almost $10,000 daily for being past his contractual closing date.
What recent project, transaction or accomplishment are you most proud of? I am currently spearheading the architectural scope of work on Skanska’s Croton-Harmon Shops and Yard Replacement project, a design-build contract valued at over $360 million.
What recent project, transaction or accomplishment are you most proud of? I recently completed my first commercial real estate financing as lead attorney. The loan transaction was complex, with post-closing obligations regarding ongoing repairs and escrows.
Number of years at firm: 3 One thing on my bucket list: Seeing NY Jets go to Super Bowl. When I am not working, I am: In Del Ray Beach, Florida with my daughter and still working on deals. What recent project, transaction or accomplishment are you most proud of? During the course of the last 12 months, I originated, serviced and closed four commercial loans for the same borrower totaling in the multi millions.
Number of years at firm: 4 One thing on my bucket list: Go on a West Coast road trip. When I am not working, I am: Hanging with friends, seeing live music, running, and playing tennis in Fort Greene Park. What recent project, transaction or accomplishment are you most proud of? My team sold 1490 & 1497 McDonald Ave.
Number of years at firm: 6 One thing on my bucket list: Going on a safari in Africa. When I am not working, I am: Enjoying time with my wife and three children; often in the kitchen perfecting our family recipe for Bolognese.
Number of years at firm: 4 One thing on my bucket list: Start a nonprofit organization to help students who are unable to pay for college. When I am not working, I am: Spending time with my new wife, reading, and exercising.
Number of years at firm: 1 One thing on my bucket list: Skydiving in Dubai over the Palm Islands or bungee jumping over Victoria Falls. For me, they are both priorities! When I am not working, I am: Running and practicing for marathons. Last year, I ran the Chicago marathon, this year I plan to run in my hometown race, New York!
Number of years at firm: 2.5 >One thing on my bucket list: Traveling Southeast Asia and trying all of the food! When I am not working, I am: Teaching Pilates, traveling, Citi biking, and exploring the city through food and art with friends.
