What recent project, transaction or accomplishment are you most proud of? Within the first six months of joining Basis, I led the development and implementation of the ESG Sponsor questionnaire and ESG Risk Rating, which are used on every transaction (outside of agency lending products) to rate deals from an ESG standpoint.

What recent project, transaction or accomplishment are you most proud of? 30-32 Bushwick Ave. in East Williamsburg was my first originated listing where I oversaw the entire underwriting/marketing/sales process from start to finish.

What recent project, transaction or accomplishment are you most proud of? 238 Conover St. was a deal in which we generated a lot of interest and tours, resulting in a competitive bidding process in which buyers competed against each other to get the best price for our client, the seller.

What recent project, transaction or accomplishment are you most proud of? Over the last 24 months we have strategically elevated the co-tenancy mix within our NYC shopping center portfolio to bring first-to-market tenants into the boroughs and curate a diverse tenant lineup for our shoppers.
