What was your greatest professional accomplishment or most notable project, deal, or transaction in 2023? The replacement of multiple roof surfaces at the eponymous Starrett-Lehigh building. Set upon the Hudson River with breathtaking views of the city’s skyline, this project had it all; a multitude of trades from roofing to waterproofing, masonry, brick laying, sheet metal, and plaza pavers, the work of which was crucial to this historic building’s ongoing improvements. Through a complex mix of operations, in coordination with EOR Thorton Tomasetti, and RXR Construction Services, we created stunning places to work and entertain from the outside in.
