The Tax Cuts and Jobs Act of 2017 (TCJA), PL 115-97 lowered some taxes. Most dramatically, corporate taxes were cut by 40%. However, reductions came with “revenue raisers” that helped offset lost revenue.

It is a given that literally every single covered building will need to take some action as mandated by Int. No. 1253-C.
