Rye Brook, NY Schimenti Construction has opened its new office, offering the firm a new space from which to serve its clients and the community.  Located in the Kingsbrook office complex, this new 20,000 s/f space will house more than 80 Schimenti employees representing project management, field operations, estimating, safety, business development, and administrative functions.

The newest project for the preeminent private school at 332 West 43rd St. is starting with the renovation of two classrooms, which includes the removal of structural walls to provide an enhanced and secure learning environment.

Brooklyn, NY The Doe Fund, a homeless services organization known for its Ready, Willing & Able reentry program and its portfolio of more than one million s/f of housing, broke ground on a 200-bed transitional housing residence at 510 Gates Ave. The event was attended by NYC department of social services commissioner Molly Park and NYC parks and recreation commissioner Sue Donoghue.
