The Orchard unveils over 100,000 s/f of amenities by HMWhite and McCarten

Queens, NY The Orchard, has released new photography showcasing its 100,000 s/f of amenities. From one of NYC’s largest private backyard – spanning 60,000 s/f featuring an apple orchard, 3 pickleball courts and a resort-style pool/entertainment deck – to a pro-caliber indoor basketball court designed with NBA trainer Chris Brickley, The Orchard offers one of the most expansive amenity collections at any NYC rental, with spaces designed for residents of every age.

Designed by HMWhite, the third-floor backyard oasis includes a resort-style pool with cabanas, apple orchard with over 15,000 plants and trees, three pickleball courts, running track, great lawn, yoga deck, outdoor movie screen, BBQ grills, fire pit, outdoor games, children’s playground and fenced dog park.

The Interior Collection: Brought to life by McCartan, the interior collection unfolds across multiple floors: 

The Fieldhouse: Fitness center with Technogym equipment, boxing studio, Pilates and stretch spaces, professional-grade basketball court developed with NBA Skills Trainer Chris Brickley, indoor lap pool, hot tub, steam room and sauna.

The Commons: Full-size arcade game room with ping pong and billiards tables, screening and multimedia theaters with kitchenettes, business center with coworking areas, work nooks and conference rooms, podcast studio, outdoor terrace and overlook.

The Sky Lounge: The jewel-box 70th‑floor Sky Lounge is a full‑floor retreat offering all residents penthouse views of the city. Complete with a bar, full-service kitchen and seating area centered around a bespoke fireplace, it provides an elegant setting for dining or unwinding with friends and loved ones.
