T. Weiss Realty arranges five leases and three lease renewals totaling 15,900 s/f

T. Weiss Realty Corp. has signed five leases and three lease renewals totaling 15,900 s/f. "I am pleased that we were able to complete these deals despite the usual summer slowdown that affects so many businesses and despite the current economy," said Ted Weiss, founder and chief executive of T. Weiss Realty. "These lease signings demonstrate that businesses are willing to commit to space with a solid, established landlord." The commercial landlord/developer, said five new leases totaling 10,950 s/f were signed at its properties in Melville and Hauppauge. Lincoln Land Services LLC leased 4,000 s/f at Melville Corporate Center III, 324 S. Service Rd. The direct deal was negotiated by Ted Weiss and Craig Weiss. Lexel Corp. leased 1,800 s/f at the Broadhollow Corporate Center, 532 Broadhollow Rd. for its headquarters. David Chinitz of Park Place Realty Corp. represented Lexel. T. Weiss was represented in-house by Craig Weiss. Town Total Compounding Center leased 1,800 s/f at 532 Broadhollow Rd. in a direct transaction negotiated in-house by Craig Weiss. Bluewolf Group LLC leased 1,400 s/f at 324 S. Service Rd. Bluewolf was represented by Carmine Inserra of NAI Long Island, while Craig Weiss represented the landlord in-house. iTV.cn leased 1,250 s/f at 324 S. Service Rd. The direct transaction was negotiated in-house by Craig Weiss. Interstate Connecting Components Inc. leased 700 s/f at 2150 Joshua's Path, Hauppauge in a direct transaction negotiated by Craig Weiss. T. Weiss also signed these lease renewals totaling 4,950 s/f: Safeguard Storage Properties LLC renewed its lease for 1,750 s/f of administrative offices at 105 Maxess Rd. The direct deal was arranged in-house by Craig Weiss Clearview Building Services Inc. renewed its lease for 1,400 s/f at 2150 Joshua's Path, Hauppauge, in a direct transaction arranged by Craig Weiss. Versa Fitness renewed its lease for 1,800 s/f at Melville Corporate Center III, 324 S. Service Rd. in a direct deal arranged by Craig Weiss.
