The Grecian Garden Apartments is located at 72 Grecian Garden Dr. and consists of 267 units. The property sold for $11.5 million.
Northgate and Grecian were owned by affiliated entities of Houlihan Parnes for 10 years and 7 years respectively.
Both properties were sold to a single buyer and were represented by Christine O'Connell More of O'Connell More Real Estate.
