Stahl and Bailey of Houlihan Parnes complete $22.5 million sale; O'Connell More of O'Connell More Real Estate reps buyer

Sheldon Stahl of Houlihan Parnes Realtors (www.houlihanparnes.com), along with Jesse Bailey, handled the sale of 2 large garden apartment complexes totaling $22.5 million. The Northgate Manor Apartments consists of 224 units and is located at 3845 Dewey Ave., opposite the new Wal-Mart Supercenter. The property sold for $10.75 million. The Grecian Garden Apartments is located at 72 Grecian Garden Dr. and consists of 267 units. The property sold for $11.5 million. Northgate and Grecian were owned by affiliated entities of Houlihan Parnes for 10 years and 7 years respectively. Both properties were sold to a single buyer and were represented by Christine O'Connell More of O'Connell More Real Estate.
