Simon of Admiral Real Estate arranges six leases and one sale totaling 17,590 s/f; Includes a 3,680 s/f lease at 720 N. Bedford Road, Bedford Hills

Admiral Real Estate Services Corp. has completed six leases and one sale totaling 17,590 s/f. The deals, completed by Joan Simon, a specialist in retail leasing and sales brokerage in Westchester County, include: * Ardsley - A 1,800 s/f Asian fusion restaurant in the Village Green Center at 724 Saw Mill River Rd., opening in the fall. Simon represented both the tenant and the landlord. * Bedford Hills - A 3,680 s/f consignment shop, the Benefit Shop, at 720 N. Bedford Rd. Simon represented both the tenant and the landlord. * New Rochelle - A 5,400 s/f commercial building at 630 Main St. sold to two investors. Simon represented the seller. The buyer was represented by Mercedes Farah of Keller Williams Realty Group. The sales price was not disclosed. * Mount Kisco - A 1,250 s/f organic mattress store, Healthy Choice Mattress, at 681 Main St. The tenant was represented by Robert Buyakowski of Prudential Serls Prime Properties. Simon represented the landlord. * Mount Kisco - A 2,560 s/f home design store, Green Earth Design Co., at 200 E. Main St. Simon represented both the tenant and the landlord. * Mount Kisco - A 900 s/f bakery at 200 E. Main St. Simon represented both the tenant and the landlord. * Mount Kisco - A 2,000 s/f dance studio for children, PureJoy! Performing Arts, at 69 South Moger. Simon represented both the tenant and the landlord.
