What recent professional milestone or project are you most proud of, and why? I’ve been proud to support Bungalow Projects as they bring a major new film and TV production hub to Brooklyn. The projects were awarded NYC Industrial Development Agency (IDA) benefits earlier this year and will result in more than $500 million in capital investment.

What recent professional milestone or project are you most proud of, and why? I’m especially proud of a recent settlement with the NYC Tax Commission regarding a new residential condominium. With diligent research and analysis, we were able to show that, although the building’s construction costs were high, market rents could not sustain its property assessment.

Working in the construction consulting field represents a significant professional milestone of which I am particularly proud. I recently obtained a variance approval from the Brookhaven Board of Zoning Appeals for the development of a new home on a vacant parcel of land near the water. The project raised various concerns with the board as well as the surrounding property owners.

For more than a decade, I worked on various aspects of Hudson Yards, the largest private development in U.S. history, and it may not exist without my team’s and my bespoke work. I helped create both a declaration of easements allowing its construction over active railyards and a master property owner’s association for the campus.
