“As an associate director executing exclusive listings and originating business in the South Bronx, Gabriel excels at client engagement and identifying buyers. In the last year, he has originated or supported 11 closings/contracts and 12 listings, an indication of his work ethic, persistence and tenacity. Gabriel is clearly a future leader and rising star.” - Paul McCormick, Partner – Sales Management, Ariel Property Advisors.

What recent professional milestone or project are you most proud of, and why? In the summer of 2024, a client called in despair, explaining his delicate financial situation and that he needed to sell his property. Our conversations continued and eventually led to a listing and hard contract for the property, which satisfied the seller’s financial needs. While I’m certainly proud of originating and putting this deal into a hard contract, I’m even prouder of the relationship I built with my client. Over two years, I provided insight and guidance that earned his trust, leading him to seek my help in facilitating this transaction.

What is your top advice for someone just starting out in your field? “Answer all the calls, ‘cause it might be the check” a line from the Migos 2018 hit “Work Hard” captures my top advice for a new broker. This may seem like a catchy line in a rap song, but early in my career, this mindset shifted how I approach opportunities. In this industry, every call, email or conversation could lead to your next deal, or game-changing connection. Stay open and responsive to every inquiry, no matter how small it seems. That random voicemail might be a lead for your next transaction. Opportunities often hide in unexpected places, so don’t forget to answer the call.
