What recent professional milestone or project are you most proud of, and why? Working in the construction consulting field represents a significant professional milestone of which I am particularly proud. It has enabled me to consistently apply and integrate the knowledge gained from my academic background in architecture and construction management. Additionally, it has provided valuable exposure to a broader spectrum of the construction and real estate industry.

What is your top advice for someone just starting out in your field? My top advice for anyone starting out in this field is to lead with honesty and integrity. These qualities aren’t just important, they’re foundational. Practicing them consistently builds trust, credibility, and strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike. In an industry where your word and work carry weight, character is everything.
