Schiller of Pyramid Brokerage and Quinn of Mission Commercial handle $4 million sale

Amherst, NY According to Cushman & Wakefield/Pyramid Brokerage Company and Mission Commercial Realty, Rockey and Ling Ren, through Asian Center Mall LLC have purchased a former Walmart Superstore property located at 2055 Niagara Falls Blvd. from an affiliate of developer Benchmark Group. The sale price for the 125,000 s/f store on 26 acres was $4 million.

Benjamin Schiller of Pyramid Brokerage Co., a Cushman & Wakefield alliance member, and Michael Quinn of Mission Commercial Realty handled the negotiations for the transaction.

According to Schiller, Asian Center Mall LLC is “still formulating an ultimate plan” but will be redeveloping the facility into an Asia Food Market which will occupy “a good portion of the building.”
