Rose Associates selected to
manage Forty Six Fifty

Manhattan, NY Rose Associates, Inc. (Rose), the New York-based multifamily real estate manager and developer, was recently selected by The Arden Group to manage Forty Six Fifty, a newly constructed multifamily building at 4650 Broadway. 

"We are excited to be managing this beautiful new property, the latest of many new assignments for Rose Property Management Group” said Dawn Curto, managing director for Rose. “Forty Six Fifty is expertly crafted with design by Handel Architects and interiors from Nipon + Nipon. What’s more, its location lends a level of serenity not easily found in New York City.” 

Forty Six Fifty is located on the upper tip of Manhattan near Fort Tryon Park and The Cloisters. The 22-story building offers 222 apartments in studio, one- and two-bedroom configurations. Apartments feature nine-foot ceilings and in-home Bosch washer and dryers. Kitchens are equipped with GE appliances and high-gloss, white cabinetry. Porcelain tiled bathrooms feature Kohler fixtures. 

Forty Six Fifty offers residents a game room and an outdoor terrace overlooking the property’s surroundings. There is also a children’s playroom, a pet spa, and a co-working space with private phone booths. The building’s fitness center is equipped with peloton bikes and a separate yoga room.
