RealtyUSA Commercial brokers two sales totaling $6.3 million

RealtyUSA Commercial in Buffalo, listed Sperion Protective Gloves at 85 Innsbruck Dr., which sold for $2 million. Listing agents were Joseph Deck, Jr. and Timothy Hourihan, licensed associate R.E. brokers. The property was sold by Alan Hastings of Hastings, Cohn Real Estate in Buffalo. 85 Innsbruck is a manufacturing facility, with a total of 93,950 s/f, on 11 acres. The original building was built in 1991, with an additional 47,000 s/f built in 1996. It has six loading docks with levelers and three grade doors. In another transaction, Deck Jr. and David Rumsey, licensed associate R.E. brokers from RealtyUSA Commercial sold 611 Jamison Rd., in Elma, to Peter Wilson of Sonwil Distribution Center, and Frank Campofelice of Burgio & Campofelice, for $4.3 million. 611 Jamison Rd. was formerly Continental Automotive. The property includes 42 acres, 211,000 s/f of floor area, 100,000 s/f of manufacturing space, 23,000 s/f of office space, and 14,400 s/f of onsite warehouse space.
