Meet the CIREB Member: Tom Federlin
Tom Federlin is with Racing City Realty, a small real estate company located in Saratoga Springs. They specialize in short and long-term rentals. They are the largest provider of rental services to summer visitors in the Saratoga area and represent between 300 - 400 homeowners. Their properties are rented to folks who are coming to town for the Saratoga Race Track, NYC Ballet, and St. Clements and Skidmore Horse Shows. In addition we rent properties during the year to local college students, Navy staff who are training at the West Milton Site and business and tradespeople in town for special assignments.
