Outside the Region: Largo expands into Miami, with the opening of its 11th office

Miami, FL The Largo Group of Cos. has their continued expansion with the opening of a new office. The office will be headed by Federico Calaf, VP of originations who is a veteran to the commercial real estate industry. 

Prior to joining Largo, Federico worked as a commercial real estate banker responsible for creating borrower relationships at various insitutions including Citi, Santander and Greystone.  He has closed over $1 billion in commercial real estate transactions and his experience includes sourcing, underwriting and closing loans for all commercial property types.

Calaf, a Puerto Rico native and a South Florida resident, also brings experience in structuring and closing distressed debt transactions. He received a bachelor's degree in Finance from Saint Joseph's University and a master's degree in Real Estate from New York University.
