The Largo Group of Companies is a commercial mortgage banking firm that has been in business for over 30 years originating, underwriting, and servicing commercial real estate debt and equity for many high-profile national institutional investors - including Life Companies, Debt Funds, Banks, Credit Unions, Agency and CMBS. To date, we have financed $35 Billion in CRE mortgages. Our expertise includes mortgage/debt placement (construction, bridge, and permanent financing), sale/acquisition financing and equity for all tranches of the capital stack (JV, Preferred Equity, and Mezzanine).
