Floral Park, NY Terence McMahon of Island Associates, the landlord’s broker and purchasers broker, has sold the 8,000 s/f building located at 100 Jericho Turnpike for $1.475 million. The tenant will be relocating its beauty care distribution from the Bronx to this new location. Site offered freestanding on Jericho Turnpike with over 34,000 daily car count with neighboring tenants, Rite Aid, Astoria Bank, Starbucks and KFC.
