Gottlieb of Schuckman brokers Burnside Plaza lease; Gillman of Shopping Center Group reps Pet Supplies Plus

Inwood, NY Edward Gottlieb of Schuckman Realty Inc./TCN Worldwide has brokered a deal for Burnside Plaza Shopping Center at 603 Burnside Ave. at the Nassau Expressway in the Inwood section of the Five Towns in Nassau County. Gottlieb represented the landlord while Steve Gillman of The Shopping Center Group represented the tenant. Pet Supplies Plus signed a 10-year lease for 5,839 s/f and will be occupying the end-cap of the 101,167 s/f shopping center opposite Stop & Shop. Pet Supplies Plus is the fourth retail tenant to sign a lease at Burnside Plaza in the second half of 2015; opening is planned for this Spring.
