Adams & Co. Real Estate brokered a 15-year, 8,681 s/f lease at 10 West 33rd St. for restaurant company Greenstick Corp. The company, which runs Jack Dempsey's Restaurants, plans to open a sports bar and casual dining restaurant in the multi-level space. Greenstick will utilize the 3,222 s/f ground-floor space as a sports bar. The restaurant will also have a 1,136 s/f mezzanine section and 3,865 s/f basement. David Levy, principal of Adams & Co., represented both the landlord and tenant in the transaction. "We are thrilled Greenstick has chosen this high-traffic location for their new restaurant and we believe the space will serve them well," said Levy. "The Fashion District is in need of more restaurants to serve the growing number of businesses and showrooms that are moving to the area."
