Good of NAI Mertz sells 236,208 s/f New Jersey building
NAI Mertz, Realtor, has completed a sale between Perina Associates, LP and Macy's Corporate Services, Inc. at 11 Perina Blvd. Alan Good, broker at NAI Mertz, said the 236,208 s/f building sits on 14.8 acres, and the new owner purchased the property as an investment and will be making numerous improvements to it. The sale price was not disclosed.
