CPEX Real Estate hires 15 college students to serve as summer interns

CPEX Real Estate hired 15 interns their summer internship session. Drawing from a pool of 125 applicants, CPEX has chosen college students to serve the firm throughout the summer. Interns will serve in every department of the company, assisting in sales, research, and administrative duties. The interns come from a range of backgrounds and experiences, attending institutions such as University of Michigan at Ann Arbor, Gettysburg College, Long Island University, Princeton University, and Wharton School of Business to name a few. Their studies are equally diverse, encompassing economics, business administration, political science, and other fields. Certain interns are using their summer as a foray into the real estate industry while others are simply seeking business experience. Intern Vengan Anandan said, "My internship at CPEX has greatly benefitted me by giving me challenging work experience in the real estate field. The broad exposure I've received to all facets of the industry has really surprised me. Some of the work is tough, but I am learning a lot here." COO Greg Roberts said, "When assigning interns to our teams, we looked for individuals with diverse backgrounds and areas of study. This diversity adds value to CPEX, and allows us to give the best service to our clients." Intern profiles and testimonials may be viewed on the CPEX website under the career's tab http://www.cpexre.com/careers.
