Davis joins CBRE Long Island as a brokerage assoc.
CBRE of Long Island has appointed Lynne Davis as an brokerage associate in its Long Island City office, according to Ellen Rudin, managing director of CBRE's Long Island operations.
Davis will focus on leasing and investment sales assignments primarily in the Queens and western Nassau markets, where she will assist both tenants and property owners.
Before joining CBRE, Davis was a sales director with Massey Knakal's Queens division. In that capacity she served the Astoria/Steinway/Ditmars territory. Prior to her career in real estate, she was a director of marketing and customer service at Associated Press.
Davis earned an MBA in Business Administration and Policy from Baruch College and a bachelor of arts degree from Fairleigh Dickinson University. She is an active member of the Real Estate Board of New York.
