Breslin acquires management account for shopping center
Breslin subsidiary, Garden Realty Management, LLC, has landed another property management assignment for a 100,000 s/f shopping center. The center, anchored by a national supermarket, has one vacancy.
The vacant space is 12,000 s/f, and the owner is willing to divide the space for the right user. According to Bob Rosenberg, director of property management, the space would be suitable for a large retailer, a restaurant, or a walk-in medical provider.
"We have case histories that show that it makes more sense for property owners to let Breslin, the experts at what we do, manage and protect their investments to save time and money," said Rosenberg.
Breslin Realty has begun offering the same property management services and lease negotiation expertise to other property owners, both for commercial and residential properties.
