Harris of Newmark Knight Frank represents tenant in 3,824 s/f lease at Handler's 561 7th Avenue

Handler Real Estate Org. has arranged a long-term, 3,824 s/f headquarters lease at 561 7th Ave., with SearchOne Advisors LLC taking the entire 18th floor. With this latest lease, Handler brings its office building to 98% occupancy. Located in Times Sq. South, 561 Seventh Ave. is an 81,214 s/f office tower with 24-hour/7-day access, an attended lobby and on-site security. Erik Harris, of Newmark Knight Frank, represented the tenant. Handler Real Estate Org. is a boutique, full service real estate company based in New York City. For more than half a century, the "Handler Brand" has been synonymous with the development, management and leasing of "premium" real estate in New York City as well as throughout the country. Handler has an expansive and growing real estate platform that includes, but is not limited to: Property Development, Property Management, Landlord and Tenant Leasing Services, Real Estate Advisory Services and Real Property Acquisitions.
