Madison Equities tops out of 57 Irving Place

According to Madison Equities, the firm recently celebrated the topping out of 57 Irving, one of the newest residential buildings located in the Gramercy neighborhood. The glass building features modern design and offers nine residences. "The construction is on schedule and on target.  It is thrilling to see the magnificent building come to life and I am excited by every phase of construction that we complete," said Robert Gladstone, CEO of Madison Equities. Audrey Matlock designed 57 Irving Place. Occupancy is slated for this spring. "Buyers too are impressed with the residences at 57 Irving Place and the option to choose between a variety of apartment layouts creates an unmatched degree of design in their new homes. Furthermore, our buyers will have the coveted key access to Gramercy Park," said Gladstone. New residents will be greeted by a 24-hour attendant in a lobby that echoes the quality and character of the residences above with its custom Batige blue limestone, rich woods, and glass paneling. Each of the homes at 57 Irving will be spacious and unique. The first three floors of 57 Irving Place will be occupied by a 6,763 s/f, three-story townhome. Additionally, the building will have six full-floor residences with three bedrooms; a five-bedroom duplex with over 600 s/f of outdoor space and a 11th floor full-floor penthouse. With privacy and security in mind each residence has key locked, direct elevator access. The residences will feature gourmet kitchens that boast honed bluestone floors, custom cabinetry, granite countertops and brushed stainless steel appliances by Gaggenau, Viking, Thermador, and Meile. Master bathrooms will tout two-headed rain showers, elliptical tubs, built-in custom cabinetry and private steam rooms. The amenities include a package room, cold storage room, and private bicycle storage units that complement other in-home amenities. The homes will be also pre-wired for Verizon Fios and Crestron-style systems and each apartment will come with a storage room that contains a sealable cedar closet.
