Rapp and Reicher promoted to vice chairmen at CB Richard Ellis

New York, NY According to CB Richard Ellis, Ken Rapp and Craig Reicher have been promoted to vice chairmen.

A 20-year commercial real estate veteran, Rapp joins the ranks of the firm's executive leadership in the New York Tri-State Region. One of the youngest CBRE Tri-State executives to be promoted to vice chairman, Rapp has consistently ranked as one of the top professionals in commercial real estate, and throughout his career has arranged more than 10 million s/f in transactions for an aggregate value in excess of $8 billion.

Rapp holds a bachelor of arts in General Studies from Alfred University, with a minor in Marketing and an emphasis on international business. Rapp is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York.

Reicher, a 21-year commercial real estate veteran, has been promoted to vice chairman, also joining the firm's executive leadership in the New York Tri-State Region. Reicher focuses on developing and implementing creative real estate strategies for some of the city's leading owners and corporations. 

Reicher is an honors graduate of Georgetown University's School of Foreign Service and Columbia Law School, and is a recipient of the CBRE Coldwell Colbert Circle designation, which represents the firm's top Americas sales professionals.
