Zach and Farchi of Itzhaki Properties sell 682 Academy Street; A 31-unit multifamily in Washington Heights
Itzhaki Properties has brokered the sale of a multifamily building in the Washington Heights neighborhood. The walk-up building consisted of 31 rent stabilized apartments and had low average rents. The building, located at 682 Academy St. was sold for an undisclosed amount. Shay Zach, managing partner at Itzhaki Properties, represented the seller, and Barry Farchi, managing partner of Itzhaki Properties, represented the buyer.
